Giving

I was checking my inbox just a minute ago. I've subscribed to World Vision's newletter since last year I think. And I haven't been giving to those who really need it.

It's a season of giving. Yes, christmas. I've been giving and receiving from my friends. Eventually, I burst my budget. But why am I spending on material things to give to my friends when they have it all. Okay, let me correct that. I love to give to my friends. And I should give to those in Uganda too! And of course, God. Argh, I feel darn guilty now.

A pastor, I heard from recently, said why are we giving so generously to others when the real birthday boy is Jesus? So true, isn't it?

Umm, just some reflective thoughts here. I love to give give give. But I don't have enough to give. And I feel bad for not giving it to God before giving to others. That's bad right?

Woooooooooooozy

I don't know why am I in front of the desktop.
Feeling kind of woozy and achy now.
I think the late nights working on the cross-cultural psyche has take it's toll on me.
I've been staring at the computer for hours for the past one week.
Why am I here?
I wish I can have a good massage.
A tall glass of cold icy ribena.
Frozen Yoghurt.
Some lovely strawberries.

I'm really glad I finished my essay.
It was a 1500 words essay and I wrote 3000.
That's extremely mad.
But there's so much to write about.
I think I can even write a book about my topic.
I was frantically shortening my essay like a mad ______ (fill in the blank).
I think my psyche lecturer.. Mr Donus Loh
errr.. Donuts Loh
errr.. Donus Duck
is annoyed by my incessant phone calls. Okay, I called him once and he called me once.
And yes, emails too.
He's sweet. :)
I hope I'll do well.
I really give my veyr best to it!
And yes, Thank you Lord! You've always been with me! Love YOU!!!

I wish I'm on a plane right now.
Flying to somewhere fun and relaxing.
I feel kinda suffocated.
Mum just returned from India.
Brother's in Port Dickson.
Li Jie and Doreal's off to China for missionary work this morning.
Yee Jia will go soon too.
Pirapong's in Thailand and later, Cambodia I think.
Alvin, my new friend, flying back to Aussie tonight.
Everybody's flying to somewhere.
Can I go?

and enjoy the tranquility at home
because my brother's in port dickson.

Going to meet a couple of my secondary school pals for dinner at dunno where.

MissionSUPERpossible

Seriously! I can't wait for holidays! It's just a week more before I crawl out of my books and lappy and ahhhh everything not so nice right now. CAN'T WAIT!!!

And I can't wait to start on this mission I have in mind. I've been thinking about this mission for eons. I really really really wanna accomplish it. hehe. And I told Chunshu my lil' mission and we decided to work on it together! teeheehee. I'm so glad to have my best friend with me in this mission. I'm sure we'll do it extremely well! Don't you think so? *zip zip* I'm not going to reveal the mission just yet till I'm done with it!

I couldn't contain my excitement and this has been happening these days.. Let's take Li Jie for an example..

Me: I can't wait for holidays! After I finish my 1500 words cross cultural psyche essay, I'M FREEEEEE! And I can start on my mission! hehe.
LJ: What mission?
Me: Haiya, mission lor. hehe.
LJ: What mission la!?
Me: Don't tell you :S. haha.
LJ: Tell me la.. why tell things tell half way?
Me: To spice it with a lil' suspense! I'll be doing it with Chunshuuuuu teeheeheee..
LJ: hehe.. sounds exciting! Tell me la..
Me: I'll let you know when I complete my mission. hehe. *looks out to the sky dreamily*
LJ: Err.. okay.

I CAN'T WAIT!!!! ahhhh..

I hope Chunshu haven't tell the whole world about it yet. It's suppose to be a shhh shhh thing until we finally complete it! muahahahaha. We'll tell the whole world about it TOGETHER! No worries, we're not going to announce that we're getting married or any of that sort of thing. haha.


I'm totally rapturous to complete this mission with CHUNSHUUUUU DEARIE SWEETIE HONEYPIE!

I lost my sanity!

How've you all been? I've been busy busy busy 24/7! I think I kinda lost my sanity because I talked to myself for like the whole day. Yes, talking to myself. Telling myself about the anatomy and physiology of the heart. I don't heart heart. haha. It's bio practical and clinical skill practical next week. And and!!! 1500 words essay for my cross cultural psyche elective to be done before holidays! Thank goodness, I'm done with two ICAs and a clinical skill test.

Ahhhh.. Can't wait for holidays! I'm going to shop shop shop eat eat eat and play play play with my friends! teeheehee!

Catherine has been snapping pictures after pictures during lecture, tutorial, lab, breaks, lunch time and on the way home! haha. These are the pictures she took!

Yummy yummy cakes! I gave both Ragi and Cat a teeny birthday surprise on their birthday some weeks back. And Xiao Li last semester. Don't have the picture of her cake though. hehe. I've been indulging in fattening sinful food from Splash and Decker in my school. Brownies, eclairs, sandwiches, what more? ahhhh. haha. Because of all the sinful food I've been stomaching, I started jogging around my neighbourhood lately. I'm surprise that I actually went around one BIGGGGGGG circle (which has two schools, a number of hdb blocks, hawker centres, market and shops in it) in just 10 minutes. haha. Not bad, eh? I must must persevere and shed those oozing fats around my waist. So yucky! haha.


And guess what? I think Catherine has a crush on me or something. She has so many pictures of me. These are a few of what she have! She'll bring out her phone camera and smile! or sometimes, she'll secretly take pictures of you. And I would rank her the #2 person who can seriously take unglam pictures of me. #1 is my brother, of course! haha. Okay laaaa, shan't make Catherine sound so bad. haha. I enjoy taking pictures too so I'll just smileeeeee she shoved the phone camera in my face! hehehehe.
